Brew your own hebral wellness tea right at home! 1 tbsp of tea makes about 16 ounces of tea. Pour hot water over the tea and let steep for 10 minutes in a covered jar. Strain. Drink hot or cold.

Ingredients: ginger, turmeric, licorice sticks, horseradish, thyme, oregano, ashwagandha, lemon peel, cinnamon, black pepper, cloves and green tea.
